On september I call surplus to join their mystery shoppers and they said I would pay a fee of 2.50 and 49.95 it didnit sound right so I call right back and cancel. They gave me a number of cancellation. I thought it was over. October 28 they took 53.00 out of my account. I call them and they said I was suppose to cancel with another company too. But they didn't tell me that that day only when I call about why they took the money out of my account. They said they would not refund me my money back. Because I didn't cancel with two companies. I truly believe they commited fraud and would like my money back. I also would like consumer to be aware of this company and how they do business. I ask to speak to a manager and the man was disguising his voice he was foreign so it wasn't much different. Thankyou
