Like the previous posts, I ordered a pair of Dansko Clogs Oct 20th. Paid via Pay Pal. I immediately got a receipt of payment from this Zheng Suzhen. I waited about a week to see if the item was shipped, my account always said "proccessing". I emailed both Zheng Suzhen and Kelly-Mall numerous times with no response from either, therefore I find both to be quilty of a SCAM. About a couple of weeks ago I got a package from China as well with a gift bag inside, nothing else. UNFORTUNATELY, I had a few packages that day and was not paying attention. I signed for it. I was a bit freaked out by it and wanted to get rid of it. LUCKILY, my husband saved it. I filed a complaint with Pay Pal and before the 10 days was up in which the seller could respond, I got a notice the seller had proof the item had been shipped. I called Pay Pal immediately (FURIOUS!) and told them what happened and offered to send them copies of everything I had. Now the complaint is in appeal. I was told if it was denied (AGAIN) to let them know (AGAIN) I had received a WORTHLESS item.
I will tell EVERYONE I KNOW not to use this company and if anyone knows of any other web sites I can file a complaint with, let me know.
Lesson learned!!! You get what you pay for, Danskos for $57.50 are a myth!!!
