"Gilda Ramerez" contacted Landlord using AirBnB vacation rental service. It is believed she persuaded elderly house owner to accept $5,500 in $100 bills to sign lease for eleven months. Stopped paying rent after initial cash transfer. Elderly man died 11 days later, supposedly of stroke/heart attack. Estate executor evicted her and she failed to show for hearing in Seattle Superior Count. She and her two sons, Kevin and Anthony Stanley moved out on June 23-24 leaving no forwarding address. She stole items from the furnished house and caused damage to property. Scammer used false identity and references.
