Unfair to employees. One waitress spilled coffee on a young child, walked out quit, then two months later came back and got some money. She still keeps status, vacation time and pay as if she never left. Sits while everyone else works. She gets her tips even if she doesn't wait on people. And gets paid while others has to work hard. Another takes tips from other waitress table, nothing done about it. Every employee should be treated the same. I have worked on and off for Waffle House for thirty years and always had to start all over at the bottom. Never got to keep my same pay, much less vacation time. Waffle House corporate should be ashamed for this. It is not good business. Maybe you want get sued!
