I bid for a satelite navigation watch worth about £150.00 in sep 11. I won this and was advised would normally be delivered within 21 days. I have not received it. Whn i emailed i was told the shipment had been delayed but it was on its way. |Early november i asked for a refund if product would not be delivered and was told it was in stock but despatch was delayed due to being busy and that delivery could not be guaranteed before xmas. Thats more than 3 months and i do not know who else to complain to.
