Until the 21. Nov. 11 they have taken £299.80. Last day on bank statement received today.
On Monday 28. Nov. 11 I might find out that more money has gone.
Bank, costumer service, adviced me today to write to them and if they do not respond in 30 days bank starts the procedure of recovery, but bank insisted that they cannot stop this fraud before 30 days from my letter.
I never heard anything so stupid. I will try cancel my my debit card on Monday and ask for new one.
