I was told that a grant for 7,000 was available, and I need to go to a Western Union store and send a 190.00 for verify my approval code. I would receive 7190. Within 10 minutes. I filled out the Receive tranfer order form with the Money transfer control number on it. And was told that the number was not valid. I called the phone number back and was told that they transferred the money.
But to where they did not know.
