Bill Scott of E & S Custom Windows & Doors, St. Joseph, MO contracted to complete the massive hail damaged work on our home on Oct. 2. To this date, (11/25), Scott has collected over $15,000 of our insurance money but has not placed a dime's worth of material or labor on our home.
