This week I went to my account to check my balance to find out that I was £46 overdrawn. I know I had £3 in there. I received a letter from my bank stating that EPM Your -Money tv had taken £49.50 out. I have spoken to my bank but they seem to think I won't be able to do anything about it even though I don't know who they are
