Ordered 2 samples online and had to pay for postage for both separately. Paid with Ccard. Noticed that the new amount has come out of the cc £153.11, not authorised! Called natwest cc - will send me a from to fill in (by post) to stop anymore coming out of my account, but cant do anything for the amounts paid. I should have read t&C when signed up online for membership - answer I got from NWcc - what membership? I have not signed up to anything and T&C not clear. It is a scam!!! Company is not answering to my emails. Help anyone with solutions!!! Thanks.
