On the july 12,11 I paid Mr hurst to represent me to uphold my restrainning order which i have obtainned on my own and didnt need his help upholding. He voluntare his service and then charged me. When we went to court he and the judge was trying the case and giving me what i asked for the hurst law group stop the judge and told him to put of the case because the other side aint prepared nor ready yet. And ask the jude to reschedule the hearing for october 27 he is free and he want to give the other side all the time they need. When octbber 27,11 rolled around the attorney ronald hurst did not show up. Neither to any of the other 2 hearing involing that matter. Didnt even give me prior notice nor appoint another attorney to be present for him. He just order me to go to court with out him and let the judge dismiss my case and fine me $85 because of his neglent and ripp of for charging me to come to cort and dont show up and loosing me case.
