I signed up for one 800 number six month free trail. Checked bank account was charged twice for 12.95 they said I had a second acct with no number attached not sure what happened. I told them because they hit my account twice one bounced resulting in a 35 fee. The said they would credit me the 12.95 twice and to call back after 9 am and speak to level two billing. I did and they said they would credit the 35... This was on 11/16. I called on 11/22 because I only received one credit for 12.95. I was told that it was an error and the second 12.95 would be credited but not the 35 they don't credit bank fees. I asked why level two said they would. She said I have no idea it will not be credited. Asked for a supervisor said one would have to call me back. Seems like a scam to me.
