A1 van hire
Last minute cancellation

After agreeing the hire of three minibuses three months in advance I was called less than three weeks before the hire date to be told that the hire was cancelled due to the bank holiday. I had already made arrangements to deal with this issue but clearly no one had noted this. There appears to be a complete lack of communication in the company coupled with the fact that no one puts their name on emails so you end up never speaking to the same person twice.
