I received a letter in the mail saying that I have until Nov 20th to cancel my account (I received the letter on Nov 21st). I will be charged 24.95 if I fail to do so. The account number being charged was cancelled six months ago. This is completely unauthorized. I attempted to call but they told me to call back tommorow.
