I bought a 2003 Ford Explorer on Sept 29 at Automatic Auto Finance and one thing we did talk to my salesman about was if they sold lemon cars. She "reassured" me that all of their vehicles go through an inspection and that they do not sell lemons. I paid cash for it and my salesman told me that since I paid cash that it has to be sold as is and that there is no warranty. Well on Nov 21 the transmisson on the explorer went out and when we talked to the salesman and she got the worst attitude with us and said well it was sold as is and that it is not her problem. We told her that we were going to talk to a lawyer because we havent even had the truck for 2 months and her comment was "ok whatever but its just a waste of your money because there is no lemon law in Arkansas!!! Really Really!!! Its so sad how people always try to get over on others!!!
