An IRS tax lien was placed on us in Rice Co. Mn. Martin Satz of Wall & Ass. Contacted me to confer about assistance. We filled out Discover card payment papers but withheld power of attorney until both my wife and I could sign them for action and authorization of payment. Before receiving any POA papers from us, the firm took our money and did absolutely nothing — presumably because they did not have POA. We canceled contact about Mar. 1 in writing but the firm took the money anyway. Outright scam, fraud, theft!!!
