Please give my concerns in this complaint letter your immediate attention.
The owner, probably (Inappropriate Content Removed) man, called me " (Inappropriate Content Removed), crazy" when I asked him to exchange item I bought in store. Yesterday I bought Christmas item having inside it sensor $5.99. I told to owner that I'll bring it back if it does not work. As I came home I put batteries and checked it. Today morning I took the item to shop and demonstrated that it does not work which was confirmed by cashier -nice (Inappropriate Content Removed) lady. I just asked for exchange, but the owner refused to do exchange it or money back.instead, he yelled on me saying " (Inappropriate Content Removed), crazy". I think, the owner knew that the item was defected. For such a service he has to be punished.
