A man who seems to be from India and uses the name "Dave Jones" Calls your friends and threatens them with legal action if they don't call me and have me pay money for a "fast cash america" loan that I never took out. Say they will subpeona them and me if I don't pay them the money. When I block my caller I.D. And call this number (Personal Info Removed) (which is "Dave Jone's number) it says "welcome to magic phone". They somehow get your information from a "reachout wireless" free government issued phone and call the people that you called with your phone. My friend and I called him back and found that "dave Jones" is a fraudulant scam artist. After he found out that we were on to him he satrts swearing at us and calling us names (not the actions of an Attorney). This man needs to be caught and put away before he hurts someone else.
