Following an ad, I asked to receive a free sample of Radiolabs products €5.95 of charges. I was debited that amount and when looking at my bank statement this morning, I saw that the company RlSkincare had without sending me any product debited my card of 69.95€. I read other complaints and saw that happened to a lot of people and that the money is debited every month. So what can be done?
