There was a debit charge in the amount of $30.00 that I could not figure out for what... And after research. Chase was able to get them on the phone. I spoke to a rep from the company, who assured me, that this was the fee charged for a guarantee loan if I ever needed one. So a month later I go back to try it and it doesn't work.
