I fell for there lies. I sent them $980.00 the foloowing day, October 14 plus the fee to send it via money gram
making my total loss $1037.50. I did not have my funds the next day as promised. I called in and was advised by Mr. Gordon to speak to Michelle in Finance. She informed me that due to my credit score, I was considered high risk and my lender wanted $1600 as insurance payment on top of my $980 deposit. I was pissed. If I had almost $3000 to give out I wouldn't need a loan. I refused to send more money. I asked for my deposit back. Michelle informed me on October 20 that my refund would be sent to my home on November 3. I emailed her numerous times and left voicemails between that time and got no response. On November 4 I called and was told by Michelle that it was mailed that day and I would receive it no later than November 7,2 011, as it would need to be signed for. Once again, nothing. I called again that night and Mr. Gordon advised that it was mailed regular mail, did not need to be signed for and I should receive it no later than end of the week. I still have not received my money back and obviously am not going to. They are not responding to my emails or my calls. Now when I call in, you get an answer but when you push for an extenstion, it hangs up o you.
This company messed with the wrong person. I work for an attorney.
