Cant believe I fell for this! I purchased access to their on-line training. I was then supposed to register for home support via phone, but that just didn't happen, as there was no Telephone #
This is the email I sent to them:-
Hi,
I have just become a member and would like to know the toll free phone number for your organisation please.
Can’t seem to get started without doing so, or not sure of what to do next, so would like to speak with someone.
I am hoping for a refund and have already put a stop to my card and requested a new one, so that no more funds are extracted from it!
I will never be sucked into one of these again!!
