Ordered a free sample of Prime Mango Cleanse in the middle of August. Sample never arrived on time for me to try and cancel. I was charged $91.95 on my mastercard. I returned the product and it was received by them at the end of September. I have been calling them to try to get a refund. First told the credit had been processed back to my credit card. After several other calls, I was told that they were only doing refunds by cheque. Customer Service rep claims all cheques mailed out October 17th. 5 weeks later I still have not received a refund. Finally contacted [email protected] and got a response. No refund had ever been authorized in their system after 2 months of waiting. Now still waiting.
