Same as everyone else... Sent me the sample for £5.95 (product wasn't that good either) the money was taken out of my account on the 12 October and then I find today 15 November they have stolen £69.95 from my account. I phoned my bank straight away and they reassured me that they will get my money back. What a underhanded lot working for that despicable business.
