CCA First National Credit ripoff!

I was charged two separate charges of $99.99 for a total of 199.98. My bank will not help me.in fact they closed the account, would not open a new one for me. I am just looking for someone who can help me to get my money back so that I can pay for the checks it caused to bounce. I don't know what to do.
