I ordered a pair of Merrell shoes. I paid through Paypal. I had to go to the Post Office to pick up the package so that I could sign for it.in the bag was a cheap blue bag with Disney characters on it. On the Custom Declaration slip it was marked with a value of $3 and that content was a bag. Looks like it is a simple scam. I'm hoping Paypal will help me resolve this dispute.
