I ordered a pair of Hunter Original boots. The shoes were suppose to come after 1-2 weeks, but after waiting for 3 weeks i tried to send them an e-mail but the "send"-button didnt work, so i tried to send an e-mail to an yahoo-address which I had receved an mail from, but i didnt get any answer.
I waited for another week and receved a letter from the post office, and went to pick up what I thought would be my shoes. But the package i got was not nearly the size of a pair of shoes, and contained nothing but a cheap shoppingnet with a print of Micky Mouse on.
I asked a worker at the post office about what I could do now. They encouraged me to contact Paypal or Visa, and to send the package back. But the return address was somewhere in China, and the only text I could understand on the pack was my name and address.
I havent returned the package, but I'm going to contact Paypal or Visa. I hope I can get a refund, but I know that it can be hard to track down such companies.
From now I'll rather buy things online from a safe place than from a cheap.
