Just when you thought Verizon Wireless could not sink any lower!
I signed up in March for a new phone, and plan that included a North American (Canada/US) unlimited data plan. Now after only 6 months of a 3 year plan they have dropped my "unlimited Data Plan" and replaced it with a 250mb plan. And now have sent me a bill for $400 for last month. They further tell me I am locked in to their contract for 3 years and they are allowed to change it at their will. As far as I am concerned They have broken the contract and I should be released. I realize all these cell phone providers are crooks, but we the people have to stop this from happening. (and the only way in the US is to sue them, or Refuse to do business with them, and I think the latte is more feasible. Can anyone advise me what I can do?
