Concrete driveway was poured with an incorrect slope and approach angle at the end of the driveway. This incorrect angle is located 6 feet past the last expansion joint of the driveway. The angle is a sudden "dip" in the driveway instead of a gradule slope as before. The expansion joint should have been at least 12 feet back from the street approach of the driveway. Jeff Hughes of the concrete company looked at the driveway and told me the angle was wrong. He tried an overlay repair, but that made it worse. The driveway now has cracks in it. The company will not return my e-mails or phone calls as of 10-6.
