When I checked my bank account I saw that $151.95 was taken out of my account when it indicated that if you update your access it would only be $27.00. And the initial fee was $47.00. They indicated that they could not refund my money, only 50% beings I downloaded ebooks and they could not get them back. I said that I wanted to speak to a supervisor and was put on hold for almost 10 minutes then the phone hungup. I called back and a woman answered. I said I wanted to speak to a supervisor and she said she would transfer me but in the meantime she is typing away on the keyboard and I and I can hear her. I said what are you typing? You said you would transfer me to a supervisor. So, she says to wait and I will hear silence but don't hang up. Well their phone did hang up on me. I tried calling back for a 3rd time and now nobody will answer the phone. They claim that all representitves are busy.
I feel so scammed. I wish I never bought into this (Inappropriate Content Removed).
