I've dealt with PODS twice in 3 years. Once was on site storage at my home and the second was to move possessions from one state to another. Their Customer Service people have it together. I never spoke with anyone who didn't know my account history. Friendly, helpful, efficient. On time as promised. Communication was excellent. Five Smiley Faces for sure. I will use again and recommend to friends and family.
