Consumer Report

I see that many other people have had charges from an "H-M Support" BL BLZ.

I actually haven't been charged personally (that $39.95 number is just an example), but I am affected by them. Here's my story: I run a natural health food store, and my clerks have been receiving many calls recently from folks about why we charged them. When looking up their names in our database, we don't have them on record — in other words we DIDN'T charge these folks. Upon further inquiry as to why they think they were charged and how they found us, it's always the same. The victims told us that they saw a mysterious charge on their CC statement, with a phone number and "H-M support" as the merchant.

When these victims call up H-M support and ask why they've been charged, H-M has the nerve and gall to say "oh no we didn't charge you, THIS OTHER company did". Then they proceed to give the victims my company's website or phone number. My company did not do any charging. If we did, it would have my company's phone number and my company's name on the CC Statement, not "H-M Support".in other words, my company is being blamed for H-M's own fraud. It is possible that they are not only using my company as a scapegoat, it could be others.

For any of the folks reading this affected by these jerks, I am sorry for what you have to go through. I do think they're running a scam, and sadly to say, I think your CC number has been compromised if you are reading this. My only suggestion is to call your CC company to reverse the charge (generally speaking they should), and then cancel your card. Do not call h-m support back. THEY ARE LIARS and WILL NOT REVERSE YOUR CHARGE! (Well, you can call them back if you want to threaten them or yell at them, that may be fun).

H-M Support is really something. I've called them multiple times and they have told me contradictory or nonsensical answers to even basic questions such as: what kind of business are they? What do they do? Who are their customers? It seems like it's the same 3-4 people operating the phones. They refuse to even give out a business address, which is why they're pretty much a scam company.

I have reported this to the BBB, my local authorities, the DA's office, and the consumer affairs office, and even their webhost (they do have a website folks, 10support.com). Still awaiting what can be done by each agency.
