After living with the unacceptable service provided by Axvoice for
the contractual year, I informed them I was canceling their service
and going to another provider. Upon notification of cancelation
Axvoice placed a charge on my credit card of $39.99. According
to the e-mail I received they were to refund this charge upon
return of the equipment. I returned the equipment and USPS
tracking showed delivery on the 4 of Nov. Since then Axvoice has
refused to acknowledge receipt of the equipment or respond to
my e-mails (the only way they can be contacted). Upon doing
research I have come acrossed numerous complaints of Axvoice
not responding to inquiries or returning monies owed to customers.
There seems to be a history of overcharging for services and not
refunding the overcharge monies to customers.
