I heard their ad on 100.7 Kat Country in Victorville, CA. I had heard it several other times but never really gave it any thought. Since finaces have gotten worse I decided to call. I spoke to a young man and was given the details of the program. I was told that there was an up front fee of $21.90 and that in the paperwork to follow withing 7-10 days there would be a $15 rebate form. I told the man that if this was a scam i would call my credit card company and deny the charge. I am doing that immediately. I was assured that was not the case.
