Oct 9, I direct La Turin to stop the transaction immediately and requested written company procedures that detail specifically the function and flow charts of operations. Oct 10, $2000 was deposited into my account against my will. I stated by both telephone and email communication a request of written specific instructions to promptly return the $2000 that deposited
