American Honda finance gave permission to this company to come and repo my car. After so many days at impound, because their fees will cost you both of your arms and your legs, i was not able to go and get my stuff. At first it would cost $80 just to get my stuff. I did not know it's against the law to missed my appointment with them to pick up my stuff. So they jacked the fees to $200 something. Then to top it off i finally went to retrieve my personal belongings and they refused to give me my boom box! The rude lady from the office told me that I could not get the boom box because it belonged to Honda (what a load of *). She knows darn well she already had taken the boom box herself and prob put it in her collections of things that repo people do. They don't just tow your car and store it, they go inside the car and steal stuff! Then bluntly lie to your face that they don't have it. I just want my boom box back.
