I've been a member at the Planet Fitness in Greensboro, North Carolina on Market Street for just over a year. I can truly say that it's well worth the money. I try to go at 5 am and can honestly say the location is always clean and the representative there at that hour is always polite and more than willing to assist you. He takes the time to get to know all of the regulars and couldn't be better. However, that's where my compliments end. I can get over the poor or lack of customer service during other times. Each time I go up to sign in to tan theirs never anyone moving to help me. I either have to wave someone down or wait for someone to get around to helping me. Last week it was because the rep was to busy eating their biscuit to help me and today they were to busy texting to get around to helping me. Just a few tips on customer service: 1) never turn your back to where the customers are. 2) never text at work, that's what breaks are for. 3) never eat on the floor, again that's what a break is for. 4) staff the floor so their are always people available to assist customers.
