On jan 4,11 we signed up with marak to have our home loan modified. They bank denied this on mar 4. We were told that we would get a refund check in 30 days. We never received it and have been trying to get this from them we has to borrow 3,400 to pay the intrest for 4 months this put us in more financial hardship michael rabel the ceo of marak agreed that we were to get our refund back he stated that he sent us a check in the mail on aug 5,11 check #0466 i have emailed him several times and also sent a letter to him i call but they do not get back to me we are really hurting financially because of this its not right when a company that is suppose to help you keep your home is the cause of you maybe loosing your home
