I accepted their offer to try their software to correct some problems with my computer. The charge was supposed to be $3.95, and i allowed them to charge my visa card. When they emailed the access key, i was notified that my charge was over $94.00. I am not interested in using this software and want my money back. They opened up a dialog box to contact them on their website, but after itmwas composed, there was no feature to allow me to send it to them. That convinced me that i had been taken advantage of, and upon looking them up on google i was amazed at the large number of complaints, similar to mine, that had been posted. I would like a way that i can report them to some consumer report facility and be informed upon how i can get my money back.
