This is a beautiful low income apartment or what I call a dressed up garage can. I been told continuously that problem will soon come to a climax, but to this date has not. I have to leave the light on in my kitchen all night long so that the roaches do not climb on me since my hip surgery. I have to burn my stove for heat. My rent is 720.00 a month. My hospital bed is located in the living area. I have not gotten two or three good nights of sleep since this operation. I need help. I am disabled and suffer from depression. This makes me unable to concentrate. I also care for my autistic nephew. I am very sad. I do not want to pay the rent but I have the money order.
