Lotto scam. Received letter from ALL State Financial Services informing me that I won an out-of-country Lotto; lotto drawing in Spain. I was the winner of $450,000 thousand dollars, and enclosed was a check to me for $4,871 to help pay for Processing of the lotto winnings, that amount, for processing being $4,100.00 dollars. The check for$4871.00 is written by a company, United States Boiler Company. This company listed as dubious, third rate manufacturer.
