I placed an order on 9-13, they gave me an order # and customer ID #. The web site was:

I also called the phone # listed 1-800-508-8154 and spoke to someone ONCE telling me my order was in New York at Customs.
This was over a month ago. I still haven't received my order nor can I get in touch with anyone by phone or using the e-mail address.
My debit card statement said: 9178SHANGHAI and they took $131.71.
