I left my Bouvier to be trained not only was he not trained, but they had left him in such a disgusting manner, I had to find a groomer on Sunday to bathe him since I could not bring him home in such bad condition. I was charged $151.00 for boarding and as I said he was in such terrible condition I had to pay double to get him groomed. Jake stated on a speaker phone that he would reimburse me now says he never said such a thing. Is that the type of establishment they wish to present themselves as? If my kennels were that deplorable I would have been shut down.
