Quill Office Supplies Promises base pay you will not receive Its door to door sales they won't tell you about till they drop you off

They promise base pay for the first two weeks. You will not receive this...

I did not receive any money after 4 weeks... Nobody could tell me why, they changed the subject whenever i would approach them about the base pay i was promised.

They do not tell you that you will be doing door to door sales until they drop you off at your first destination.

They tell you this position is 9-5. It is not. They require you to be there by 8 or you will be fired. They also do not bring you back to the office till way after 5. I was brought back to the office at 6:30 my first day, and was required to stay an additional hour at the office.

This goes on everyday. They also do not give you an hour lunch, nor a 30 min lunch. Or even 2 ten minute breaks.

You will get just enough time to eat some fast food and than leave. No hour lunch that is required by the State of California or your two ten minute breaks.

That is illegal when you are required to be there a minimum of 9 hours.
