I was an employee there... I just found out today it went out of business and all employees have now gone approx 45 days without being paid. Our paychecks bounced! For the past 2 months no work was done on ANY files! We used to be a completely legitimate company... Now I am heartbroken finding out this information!
To get your money back - contact your bank (where your money was pulled from). CLAIM FRAUD! Contact you state atty general - tell them about the owner - Christopher (Chris) Rojas (wife Lauren Rojas) living in the state of Indiana.
Also - contact your bank (lender) keep up with them where these companies left off! Ask them what docs you need to send! Send them updated docs each month (just some advice).
