My credit card has been billed twice now for $11.99 by Fye Fye BSP VIP, after I cancelled the service back in August. I am trying to call to stop this unauthorized billing and be reimbursed, but the phone number processes the call with an automatic operator and then conveniently indicates the number has been discontinued. How can I complain further and have action taken to cancel my account with fye and be reimbursed?
