I received and was charged for two pair cans of flex-seal. I ordered one pair and hung up after five more minutes of unsolicited advertising on the phone, without having my order confirmed. My mistake not tolerating their exploitation of the situation. When I called to complain upon receipt to too much flex-seal, they gave me a long complaint number to write on the address lable of the returned package. I don't know whether they would refund for the extra cans, the handling, or neither. I give up, and will never order from a computerized telephone order service again. These people are screwing themselves, their customers and the entire telephone order industry.
