I sat in the drive thru in Luverne, MN for almost 15 minutes. This woudn't be so bad, but it has happened 2 times now. Waiting for someone to answer the bell. The lights are on in the store, on the sign post and on the reader board so for all intent and purpose, the store looks open. I wait and wait, thinking they are busy with other customers. Then I finally drive up to the window and looking like a deer caught in headlights, the drive thru person says uh, we closed early. I said, if you closed early, please at least SHUT OFF the lights so a person don't waste their time waiting for service, when indeed there wont be any... *sigh*
