I ordered my free trial face cream for $1.99, which was for the p&p.
The amex card was given on the webpage of this company after the order for free of charge next month august and september and october theyused my credit card details to deduct money from my credit card account
i have received only one sample in august i had to pay customs for that as well it waS NOT A FREE SAMPLE
The creme gave me red rash i cannot use it
the manager at amex said it is a scam but they do not know yet how to get my money back as it is deucted month to month £ 45.30 twice
please help me
to get my money back as i am being charged innocently.
