I initially applied for a loan in the amount of $60,000, changed my mind and did apply for a $20,000 loan which the agent for Prime Time Capital said that, "better to make it $25,000, as they normally don't work with small loans". So I agreed and he charged me $47.50 for the background investigation. A few days later he said that the loan was going to the SBA and I could either hire a CPA to prepare the loan package or I could pay them $200.00 and he would do it, I agreed and I paid him with a phone check. The $47.50 was done with my debit card. He did prepare, although poorly, a form, which I had to correct for him and it was submitted but then after that I could never get him to answer the phone nor return my messages. He finally emailed me saying that they had recieved the package but after that nothing. Not even a, "you have been denied" nor anything. He was always careful to say that in the event that I was not approved, they would refund my money back but that has not been the case.
